Subscription Commitment and Renewal Process
When you subscribe to any Burst Biz service that comes with a recurring cost, you’re signing up for a monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycle. The subscription commitment is valid for the time period that you’ve paid for. To ensure continuous service, your subscription will automatically renew. The renewal fee will be charged to your authorized billing method on the first day of each subsequent period until you decide to cancel your plan.
Please note that renewal rates are subject to change. The updated fee will apply to your subscription upon renewal at the rate available at that time, without further authorization from you unless you cancel.
How To Cancel Your Subscription
To cease your Burst Biz subscription before your selected term ends, simply contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Your subscription will conclude at the close of the current billing cycle. Remember, canceling your subscription means you forfeit the remainder of that cycle’s service, and therefore, you will not receive a full or partial refund.
Should you decide to downgrade or cancel your paid Burst Biz subscription at any point during your billing term, be advised that this will take effect immediately. Your access to any subscription benefits will cease, and similarly, you will not be granted a partial refund for any fees already paid.
Changes to Renewal Service Fees
Burst Biz must inform you that the Service Fee, including that which is applied to subscription renewals, may be subject to adjustments. Should there be any changes to the Service Fee, these will come into effect at the start of your next subscription renewal term following any implemented modifications.
